Julie Held was great to work with. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the area. She was always in contact with us to let us know about any properties that met the criteria we were looking for, and it was always easy to set up appointments to view houses or to meet with Julie to discuss anything that we needed to. We were never pressured to settle on something and we kept searching until we were 100%satisfied with the house. It was truly a pleasure working with Julie Held, and she would be our first choice if we had to do it all over again.

Julie Held is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I had a house in mind I wanted to buy, looked over reviews on Zillow, and decided to go with Julie Held. She was very responsive in my request and stayed in touch with me closely every step of the way. From the very beginning she outlined the process needed for me to buy the house. At each step she reminded me of what I needed to do in order to avoid any problems.

She is very friendly and knows the area well. She has great references and everyone she works with spoke very highly of her. She recommended several local businesses, banks, lawyers, etc that we were able to review and use throughout the process. We took every one of her recommendations without any hiccups or regrets. She was in contact with the mortgage lender and lawyer with updates that enabled everyone involved to remain on the same page.

I've worked with Julie Held both buying and selling a house. She's patient, professional and has a wealth of inside knowledge about the market and neighborhoods. Moreover, Julie makes what can be a stressful process easy and often fun. I never felt pushed to accept something I didn't like about a property, as I had felt in my work with previous agents.
