1.  To find the right listing agent for you, review the page on our website "Our Agents" or one of the owners would be happy to have a preliminary conversation about finding the right fit.

2.  Your listing agent will be happy to provide a comparative market analysis which will help determine the current market value of your property and offer a customized marketing plan to get it sold quickly and efficiently. 

3.  Once you have settled on your agent, you will want to meet to discuss what you may need or want to do to ready your house to put it on the market, when you want to list and how you would like your realtor to conduct showings.  Are accompanied showings (buyer and buyer agent accompanied by your listing agent) important to you?  Do you want your realtor to conduct an open house?  A Broker's Open House?  These are just some of the questions that your agent will discuss with you.
